Feel free to contact us for any question or technical problem. In case of failure our technicians and engineers will do some trials with you if it's needed to make a strong diagnosis. In that case, we will ask you to return the material to our technical center.

Above all return to the after-sales service, please contact us to obtain a RMA ID. That ID gives you the opportunity to follow your return on our dedicated website called IDS-Tracking. From the reception, to the delivery the whole steps are tracked in tour repair IT system. A login procedure is sent by email. Just ask for it.

With the purchase of Printronix, TSC adds RFID to her abilities and appears at the head of suppliers for quality thermal printers. TSC, for Taïwan Semiconductor Co Ltd, is a group of electronic components and systems, founded in 1979 in Taïpei. A group who creates thermal printers branch in January 1991 in Yilan. The rapid growth of the automatic identification market has spawned a spin off in 2007 : TSC Auto ID Technology Co Ltd which asserts as one of the main manufacturers of barcode printers on the equiment market for logistics.

« Today, TSC designs, develops, manufactures and assembles a complete range of thermal printers labelled ISO 9001 in two factories : the first one, Li Ze factory in Taïwan, the other one in Tianjin in the north east of China. » said Nicolas Dubel-Jam, Sales Manager for France, North Africa and East Europ. « Our two factories have production capabilities that allow the manufacture and the assembly of thermal printers at a high volume on large project ».
