Eco-Services

ID SERVICES S.A.S., was created at the initiative of two partners experienced in the fields of new technologies associated with traceability within the logistics supply chain.
Since its creation, the company has provided technical support services to ensure the sustainability of aging mobile computing assets with the objective over 3 years of becoming a major player integrating the design, manufacture, installation and technical support of specific technologies used in this field of the logistics supply chain.
Thus, a significant part of ID SERVICES' activity ensures a continuity of technology exploitation for some of its products that are more than 30 years old. This is what we call recycling operational. Rather than scrapping functional and still maintainable equipment, we provide technological migration and maintenance services at costs below that of renewal with less financial and social impact.

Any product deemed non-repairable is recycled thanks to a partnership with VEOLIA / TRIADE ELECTRONIQUE based on a financially balanced recovery contract, with monthly recycling reports.

Eco-Designs

Building on the success of its strategy of recycling old technologies, and thanks to its corporate culture oriented towards sustainability, ID SERVICES has developed new equipment over the years in the same spirit. The first model, the ID12, was launched in 2006 and has sold several thousand copies.
This device, a very pioneer in the world of the mobile tablet, which had not yet taken off, was designed, developed and manufactured with sustainability as its watchword. In 2018, the first generations of ID12, we have reached version 4, are not only still maintainable but also scalable thanks to a constant research in backwards compatibility in the new developments on this range.

Interaction with biodiversity

A large part of the company's activities require visiting its clients. These trips are made by motor vehicle (diesel or petrol) and increasingly by public transport (train/airplane).
In order to limit the "carbon" impact of these visits, several elements have been implemented:
- A contractual clause indicating a respectful use of the company's vehicles
- The hiring of regional staff likely to have a greater impact within a radius of 200 to 250 km maximum from their office
- The purchase of hybrid vehicles with a low environmental impact through the use of resources.
